2. 3. Supervise the factory to make preparations before production and arrange the production operation plan reasonably.
4. Supervise the factory to organize the equipment maintenance work and keep the equipment in good technical condition. The quality standard to be met by the repaired equipment. It is necessary to do a good job of tooling to ensure the precision and quality of work, cards, quantities, and cutting tools.
5. Do a good job in quality management of materials and material supply. Strictly check and accept the materials in the warehouse, and the unqualified and non-compliant materials can be returned or rejected. Strengthen the storage of materials to prevent damage and deterioration. Improve service quality and ensure timely supply.
